5th & 6th OCTOBER 2002 - LES ULIS TOWN FESTIVAL

Members of the Association were delighted to have been invited to attend the Festivale in Les Ulis on 6 October. The visit included a dinner at the Townhall, a présentation des spectacles at the town theatre on the Saturday evening, a visit to the town cave for a winetasting session on Sunday, and a chance to visit and take part in the festival.

WINE TASTING IN THE 'CAVE' AT LES ULIS

The Mayor of Thetford, Margaret Ashmore-Daws, and members of the Twinning Association, were presented with a bottle of Les Ulis wine. The crystal bowl presented to the Sénateur-maire of Les Ulis, Paul Loridant, can be seen at the left of the table.
